Create and open a project

A Foliform project keeps your writing, book settings, and imported assets together. Create one for each book or open a project folder to continue working.

Create a manuscript​

  1. On the welcome screen, choose New manuscript.
  2. Enter a working title.
  3. Choose Create project.

The title is a starting point. You can set the publication title and author later in the Metadata tab.

Reopen a project​

From the welcome screen, choose the option to open an existing project and select its project folder. Keep the folder intact: it contains the manuscript and the assets referenced by its content.
